Bengalチームのボースン安藤さん。
BengalがBengal ⅡでTPに初めて挑戦した2001年から5回全て、
回航もレースもフル参加のTPマスター。
He's the boatswain for Bengal7. He has taken part of all our TP challenges,
both in the races and the deliveries, for 5 times since 2001. Of course, this year too.
Bengalチームとの出会いは、91年のメルボルン大阪レースの回航をお願いした時から。
レースクルーとしての参加は94年の上海－大阪レースからです。
（この時はまだBengal Ⅱ）
His first time sailing Bengal(Bengal Ⅱ back then) was when he deliveried it to Melborne for
Merborne Osaka Race in 1991. He started boarding as a race crew in Shanghai Osaka Race in 1994.

I just put the introduction of Ando written by Tomi in 2001, because it accuarately portrays Ando.
FRP工事、電気工事、船底整備、マスト整備、 食当から荒天帆走までなんでもゴザ レの鉄人。
衣浦ーシドニー2回、衣浦ー上海、衣浦ー香港、日本1周他の航海経験を持 つ。
顔と身体はゴルゴ13、ハートはマザーテレサのスーパーセーラー。
He's a superman who can deal with everything such as maintenance for FRP, electric, ship bottom, and must, cooking, and sailing in bad conditions.....
He has experiences of sailing from Kinuura to Sydney twice, Kinuura to Shanhai, Kinuura to Hong Kong,
and sailing around Japan.
He looks like Golgo13 in appearance, but Mother Teresa in spirit. He is a super sailor!
上記「顔と身体はゴルゴ13」とありますが、ルパン三世だという意見もあるので付け加えておきます。
Tomi mentioned Ando looked like Golgo13, but there are others saying Lupin Ⅲ, I add.
一見、寡黙な職人に見えがちですが、ふかーい引き出したくさん持ってます。
こないだも日本一周の頃の話をちょこっとしてくれました。
この5週間で全部聞き出して吸い取りたいところです。
He might look quiet but he talks willingly a lot if you ask.
He recently talked about his jorney around Japan to me.
It was so fun to me. I have to ask him more during our 5 weeks sailing and will share with you.
アーモンドチョコレートとブラックコーヒーが大好きで、
冷たいビールが飲めない安藤さん。
愛妻家の安藤さん。
2人の娘さんたちに「親父じゃなくて友達に思われてる」といいながらも嬉しそうな安藤さん。
He likes almond chocolates and black coffee.
He cannot drink cold beer which I think he misses one of the most enjoyable parts of sailing in summer.
He is a devoted husband.
He says "my doughters don't think I'm a father but a friend", but happily.
30歳の時に、仕事を辞めて日本1周を経験。
その後は？の問いに「しばらくプー太郎」。
ありがとうございます。私も勇気が出てきました。
今、世の中ではプー太郎という可愛い名称じゃなく
NEETっていう小難しい言葉で呼ばれていますが。
He quit his first job when he was thirty and went for sailing around Japan.
What did he do afterwards? "frittered away for a while".
